Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the garments are in their original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags attached, to qualify for a successful processing.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address within 24-48 hours at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
